About the Role:

We’re looking for a versatile in-house designer to lead the day-to-day production of creative assets across our growing portfolio of B2B brands and events. This is a standalone role - you’ll be the go-to designer, owning projects from brief to delivery, managing external freelancers when needed, and working closely with marketing and sales. You'll help build consistent, high-quality creative across digital, print, and event formats - and play a key role in setting up scalable systems and design best practices.

What you’ll do:

Design EDMs, social graphics, landing pages, signage, sales tools and event branding

Create reusable templates and scalable systems (e.g. Canva)

Prep files for digital production, print, and developer handoff

Ensure consistency and creative quality across brands and campaigns

Own projects from brief through to delivery

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage freelancers where needed

Review and refine your work before it hits market

Help improve creative briefing, prioritisation, and output processes

What you’ll bring:

2 - 5 years in a similar role (in-house or agency)

Strong portfolio across digital, print, brand

Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Skilled in Canva, Figma, and PowerPoint

Confident managing workload, feedback, and competing priorities

High attention to detail and brand standards

Proven track record of delivering across multiple brands or clients.

Works well independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment

Bonus: animation/motion skills or AI design tools
