Vicore Construction is a successful residential builder in the Perth market; we specialise in stylish & innovative multi-residential builds, apartments and luxury homes. We are a family-orientated, value-driven company with a deep understanding of the Western Australian residential construction market.

An opportunity has arisen for us to directly employ an experienced Tower Crane Operator/Dogman and site hand to join our team, starting on a multi-story residential project in South Perth.

Reporting directly to the Site Supervisor, you will need at least 1 years' recent experience in operating remote control tower cranes or self-erectors.

We are looking for someone who has the following attributes, skills and experience:

Safe and efficient operation of Hammerhead tower cranes (remote control – most operations won't be in a cab)

Thorough understanding of rigging equipment, lifting techniques, dogging and safety protocols

Confident to perform pre-start checks, lift planning and basic maintenance

Able to maintain strong and effective communication with the Site Supervisor & projects team to ensure workplace safety regulations are adhered to at all times

Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

Assist with labouring duties such as materials handling, site setup and clean-ups if needed

Must be physically fit with a good work ethic and a hands-on attitude

Valid and current White Card

Valid and current High Risk Work Licence

Valid and current CT (Tower Crane) Licence

Valid and current DG (Dogging) Licence

Valid and current C Class Driver's License

The following tickets and experience would be highly regarded (though not mandatory):

MR/HR truck licence

RI/RB Rigging License

Working at Heights training and/or licence

Scaffolding
