THIS ROLE/LOCATION

We are currently looking for enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendants who are dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences at our remarkable venues situated at Perth Airport, including Little Creatures, East X West, BARista, CJ's Bagel CO. and others. Successful applicants must be able to work on a 7-day rotating roster, which includes weekends and public holidays.

Emirates Leisure Retail Australia New Zealand (ELRANZ) operates over 30 venues across 6 Airports in the region. We are a subsidiary of the Dubai based ELR/MMI group owners and operators of over 300 restaurants, cafes and bars across Asia, The Middle East, Australia and New Zealand. We are also part of the broader high-profile Emirates Group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to)

Serve our valued guests with enthusiasm

Providing table service and taking orders

Serve cocktails, beers and world class wines and spirits

Making barista quality coffee (training provided)

All whilst following ELRA policies, guidelines and procedures

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Understand and practice Food Safety at all times, as defined by the company Food Control Plan

Adheres to Responsible Service of Alcohol standards (for licensed venues)

Ensures full compliance to uniform & grooming standards every shift.

Completes all on-line training and reads all notices published on Deputy & Employment Hero

Previous experience as a Front of House team member or in a customer service related role preferred but not essential (training provided)
