About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Tradesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of trades and be able to perform a range of tasks related to construction, maintenance, and repair. The Tradesperson will work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete all site inductions in line with company and client requirements

Attend daily pre-start meetings and actively participate in discussions

Clock in/out daily and upload site photos for management review

Follow structured work processes and maintain safety and quality standards

Measure, cut, and install roofing sheets, wall cladding, gutters, and downpipes

Carry out flashing installations, penetrations, and repairs as required

Read and interpret site drawings and project scopes

Communicate effectively with the Site Supervisor regarding progress and materials

Use internal CRM systems for daily reporting and documentation

Maintain all required tools, licenses, and tickets to perform trade duties

Required Skills & Attributes:

Certificate III in Roof Plumbing or Carpentry (or equivalent experience)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial or industrial roofing and cladding

Current White Card and High-Risk Work tickets

Strong plan and scope interpretation skills

Excellent communication and teamwork

High commitment to safety and quality

Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a strong work ethic

Basic understanding of (or willingness to learn) internal CRM systems
