About the Role
As a Training Product Development & Implementation Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality training products that meet the current and emerging skill needs of industry. Working closely with your Team Lead, and the PMO you’ll coordinate key activities such as stakeholder meetings and consultations, prepare training package documentation, and engage with stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly and deliver real impact.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll bring your organisation, problem solving, and technical writing skills to life, contributing to contributing to the development of nationally accredited training products., nationally accredited training products.
What You’ll Do
• Coordinate end-to-end training product development and implementation activities
• Draft and edit high-quality documentation and training product content in compliance with the Training Package Organising Framework (TPOF ).
• Gather, analyse, respond to and document stakeholder feedback to inform product design and improvement
• Facilitate consultations with industry, government, and training providers
• Track progress, risks, and deliverables in partnership with the PMO
• Maintain consultation logs, reports, and updates for advisory groups and final submission to the Training Package Assurance Body
About You
You’re highly detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where things change quickly. You take pride in producing accurate, professional work and enjoy collaborating with others to get great results.
You bring:
• Tertiary qualifications in education, training, or skills development
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
• Experience in project coordination or training product development
• Strong technical writing, research, and reporting skills
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
• Confidence working in ambiguous or evolving environments where flexibility is key
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Desirable: experience in VET quality assurance, compliance, or the mining and/or automotive industries.
