Join our Berwick Junior School team in 2026

We are seeking 2 X Junior School Classroom Teachers to join us at our Berwick Campus in 2026.

The successful applicants must thrive on working as part of a dynamic team of dedicated professionals who are committed to fostering excellence in their students.

  • Two part time positions available
  • Position 1 - 0.50 FTE, 3 consecutive days one week, 2 days the other
  • Position 2 - 0.40 FTE, 2 days per week
  • Commencing 24 January 2026 and concluding 11 December 2026
  • This position is at our Berwick Campus
  • Teaching our students from Prep to Year 4
  • This position requires a current VIT registration
  • Graduates are welcome to apply
  • 2 day dedicated new staff induction - rated 4.7 out of 5 stars by our 2025 new teacher intake
  • All new teachers are assigned a mentor and encouraged to participate in our mentor program

Beaconhills College was established in 1982 in Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs. Beaconhills is an independent, open-entry, co-educational Christian school with two campuses in Berwick and Pakenham. The College was founded through the vision of local Anglican and Uniting Church leaders.
