About the role:
With our new contract in Sydney Metro region, we’re building a bigger, stronger team to support the young people aged 11–18 in Out of Home Care. These are permanent part-time roles on a 24/7 rotating roster (including sleepovers and awake shifts), with rosters provided two weeks in advance.
Locations include:
- Thornleigh
- West Pymble
- Artarmon
- Roseville
What We’re Looking For:
- Certificate III, IV or Diploma in Community Services or Youth Work (or willingness to enrol).
- Experience supporting young people with trauma, disabilities, or complex needs.
- Understanding of trauma-informed care and therapeutic approaches.
- Strong boundaries, resilience, and a heart for service.
- NSW Driver’s Licence and own car is a must for this role.
