We’re looking for a creative storyteller with experience in design and visual communication who can turn ideas into visuals that inspire generosity, hope and connection.
With experience in an agency environment or a busy marketing/brand services team; you’re equally comfortable brainstorming campaign concepts as you are with hands-on design execution.
In this role, you’ll combine design craft, brand guardianship and storytelling to help a mission-driven organisation make a tangible difference in the community.

About this opportunity
Working in a Experience & Brand team of 6, you’ll be the creative lead for this leading not-for-profit organisation. You’ll be responsible for designing and producing high-quality visual assets that bring the brand, campaigns, events and donor communications to life.
You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to deliver creative solutions that inspire generosity, celebrate impact and strengthen the organisation’s reputation.
As the design subject matter expert, you’ll ensure every visual output is professional, consistent and impactful.
Key performance requirements include:
design high-quality assets for fundraising campaigns and donor communications
produce event collateral and signage
create digital assets for web, email, social and online platforms
collaborate with colleagues to bring strong visual storytelling to campaigns
support fundraising colleagues with materials, presentations and collateral
maintain and update brand guidelines, templates and creative library
ensure all outputs are inclusive, accessible and aligned to guidelines and objectives
efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and expectations
work with external designers, printers and creatives as required.
About you
You have demonstrated experience in graphic design, creative production and visual storytelling.
You have excellent creative and conceptual skills and can translate ideas into impactful visual communication.
You have a strong portfolio showcasing print and digital across multiple channels.
You have excellent project management and organisational skills.
You’re flexible and naturally collaborative, working well with peers and key stakeholders.
You have a commitment to inclusion and working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
You want to make a positive difference through your work.
You’re excited by the opportunity to join a purpose-led in-house team at the start of a brand-new chapter.
You have some skills in video editing, motion graphics or photography (desirable).
