Michael O'Reilly Pharmacy in Wagga Wagga NSW is seeking a passionate and reliable Pharmacist to join our team for a full-time maternity leave contract (6–12 months).

Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.

This 38-hour position includes a day off during the week, Saturdays 8:30am – 2:00pm, no Sundays and one early weekday finish (2:00pm), with flexibility depending on your preference.

You'll be working alongside a friendly and supportive team of Pharmacists and experienced pharmacy technicians. There are at least two Pharmacists present at all times. Whether you're an early career pharmacist or newly registered, we welcome your application.

Vaccination accreditation is preferred but not essential.
No methadone services.

Key Responsibilities

Dispense and supervise dispensing of prescriptions

Conduct final checks on prescriptions prepared by technicians

Provide professional counselling on safe and effective use of medications

Assist in managing dispensary inventory and stock orders

Maintain professional standards and compliance

About You

Must hold full AHPRA registration

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
