The Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to run the project delivery part of business. The operations manager will work closely with the sales team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. The operations manager will liaise with our clients on a regular basis.

Your Duties

· Ordering Materials from suppliers

· Scheduling jobs with both client and installers

· Managing installers insurances are up to date

· Managing project budgets

· Working closely with construction team

· Ensuring customers are well informed of proceedings for their job

· Scheduling safety systems are in place prior to starting

· Ensuring Risk assessments are done prior to work start

· Attending site for check measures and putting orders together

Your Experience

. You will have excellent organisation skills working with contractors

. You will have excellent presentation skills

· You pride yourself on quality workmanship

· You have excellent time management skills

. You have sound Roofing knowledge and have worked in a similar role

· You must have 5-10 years of roofing industry experience

· Previous operations management experience in construction/roofing is preferred but not essential

· Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required

. You have exceptional customer service skills
