About the Role

Onsite Recruitment is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our client’s packing and materials manufacturing company based in Preston, Victoria.
This is a Monday to Friday, day shift position (6:00am – 2:40pm) offering consistent hours and a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operating and monitoring various manufacturing and packing machines

Conducting pre-start checks and basic maintenance on assigned equipment

Ensuring smooth production flow and high-quality output

Following all safety procedures and site protocols

Reporting any issues or equipment faults to the site supervisor

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a machine operator in manufacturing or production

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace
