We are seeking a motivated Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team of health practitioners and administration staff. Our multi-disciplinary clinic offers Speech Pathology, Psychology, Osteopathy, Remedial Massage, Naturopathy and Acupuncture.

InTouch Health Co. has been operating for 16 years and is an extremely busy clinic located 50 minutes drive from Sydney CBD. The clinic is located in a brand new premises in Gregory Hills, NSW. The clinic boasts a modern design and access to cafés and restaurants on site. It also has two points of access close to the M5, M7 and Hume Highway.

InTouch Health Co has a strong local referral network and a large internal client base. We are requiring a Speech Pathologist to accomodate our growing speech therapy clients and current waitlist. The ideal candidate would be an experienced Speech Pathologist interested in having more control over their career and work life, while being supported in an established clinic.

About the position:

Earn $100-$144 per hour (for therapy sessions)

Earn $225-$270 (for assessments)

Full-time equivalent is $189,000 - $226,000 per year (based on 5 x 7 hour days - 45 weeks per year)

Contractor model preferred (Subcontractor, Company or Trust)

Flexible working days and hours available

Half days available (morning or afternoon sessions)

Our current part-time Speech Pathologist had full books within 3 weeks

Full-time administrative support and practice manager

In-house CPD opportunities

Extremely busy clinic averaging 140+ new patients per month

Ability to accept referrals based on practitioners skills and preferences
