Dispatch Coordinator – Morning Shift (7AM to 3PM, Monday to Friday)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dispatch Coordinator to join a leading organic juice manufacturing company located in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. This is a casual position with full-time hours on the morning shift, offering stability and the opportunity to work with a high-quality, fast-growing brand in the food production industry.

About the Role: As the Dispatch Coordinator, you’ll oversee the daily dispatch operations, ensuring all juice products are packed, labelled, and shipped accurately and on time. You’ll be responsible for coordinating transport, maintaining inventory accuracy, and managing dispatch documentation in a busy and supportive production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage dispatch paperwork, including data entry, label generation, and filing
• Book and schedule transport for daily deliveries
• Maintain pallet control systems (Chep and Loscam)
• Utilise ERP systems and Excel for dispatch and stock management
• Monitor stock levels and ensure accuracy across dispatch and storage areas
• Troubleshoot and resolve warehouse or delivery issues promptly
• Liaise with internal teams to meet production and delivery schedules

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse coordination
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Forklift licence highly regarded (for occasional backup support)
