About the role

As a Casual Sales Associate at Henry Bucks Pty Ltd, you will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our retail store in the heart of Collin Street, Crown and Chadstone. This is a casual role, allowing for a flexible work schedule to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the perfect products to meet their needs

Maintaining the visual presentation of the store, ensuring products are well-organised and the store is always looking its best

Handling cash and credit card transactions in a professional and accurate manner

Restocking shelves and ensuring the store is well-stocked at all times

Assisting with other store duties as required, such as receiving deliveries and completing administrative tasks

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately

A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment

A keen interest in fashion and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends
