Our client, a Commonwealth Government organisation whose focus is to provide support to Australian's living with disability, are Seeking the experience of a Senior UX/UI Designer.

Duties of the Senior UX/UI Designer:

• Design wireframes and prototypes.
• Contribute to the Design system.
• Facilitate co-design workshops to generate and iterate ideas with various stakeholders.
• Facilitate usability testing with staff, providers, and participants of the scheme.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements, in collaboration with product and business owners.
• Conduct business, provider and participant engagement activities to maximise

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience in the elicitation of UI/UX requirement techniques such as brainstorming, workshops, prototyping, observation, or interviews, and confirming or reporting on results.
• Contemporary knowledge of UI/UX methodologies and experience designing to meet WCAG guidelines.
• Proven experience building rapport and maintaining stakeholder relationships, communicating confidently, and presenting messages in a clear, concise, and articulate manner to senior stakeholders.
• Experience designing for Salesforce.
