Dardanup Butchering Company are currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our Picton team. The successful candidate must be able to work in a busy, fast paced environment.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will have high level industry experience and be willing to learn all facets of meat processing equipment.

Role, expectations and responsibilities (but not limited to) -

Machinery inspections, repairs and adjustments

Supporting and promoting safe working practices across all sites

Participate in preventative maintenance programs

Previous exposure to meat industry equipment would be beneficial

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work to deadlines and within a team environment

Trade qualified

Must hold a current drivers license.
