Role Overview
We’re seeking an Experienced Food Production Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will set up, operate, and oversee specialized equipment used to manufacture and package frozen, liquid & dry food products. Your technical skills and attention to detail will help ensure smooth operations, consistent product quality, and compliance with strict food safety standards.

We are also seeking general Food Production Operators, that aspire to grow and excel in our industry.

Fulltime and Casual positions available, day shift and afternoon shift.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor food production machinery for optimal performance.

Prepare and set up machines according to production schedules and product specifications.

Ensure products meet all quality control and regulatory requirements.

Follow strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols (HACCP, GMP, etc.).

Accurately complete production records and reports.

Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily output targets.

Requirements

Minimum 1 years’ experience operating food processing machinery (e.g. pasteurizers, fillers, mixers, homogenizers, bottling lines, packing equipment).

Sound knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.

Experience in Food Manufacturing industry.

Show commitment, discipline and care across all aspects of the position.

Ability to strictly follow all regulations, SOPs, policies and procedures.

Ability to strictly adhere to Work, Health and Safety regulations (e.g. constant use of PPE).

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.

Able to lift up 20 kilograms.

Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time.

High attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

High level of self-motivation and initiative.
