About the role

We are seeking an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join our team at Silverthorne Earthmoving pty ltd' in Tom Price, WA. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will play a crucial role in the construction and maintenance of roads, infrastructure, and other earthworks projects.

What you'll be doing

Operate final trim graders to shape and smooth earthen surfaces to precise specifications

Perform routine maintenance and pre-start checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety

Collaborate with the wider project team to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines

Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and environmental regulations

Assist with other construction duties as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Final Trim Grader Operator in the construction industry

Demonstrated proficiency in operating final trim graders and other heavy earthmoving equipment

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight tolerances

Good communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to safety and environmental best practices

Relevant certificates and licences (e.g. HR driver's licence, high-risk work licence)
