Job Title: Maintenance Labourer

About Us: At MRC, we pride ourselves on keeping our clients fleet in top condition to ensure safety and reliability on the road. We are looking for a Maintenance Labourer to join our dedicated team.

Position Summary: As a Maintenance Labourer, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on our clients fleet of concrete mixers. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards of safety and efficiency. Flexible/casual days available with hours varying depending on workload. Minimum 4hrs paid at $50hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on concrete truck mixers.

Perform repairs as needed.

Perform general maintenance on mixers, including Jack hammering, Replacement of parts, Greasing parts

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.

Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes.

Willingness to learn new skills

Qualifications:

Experience with power tools and hand tools

Ability to use tools and equipment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver’s license preferred but not essential
