Adelaide Plastering Solutions (APS) is a leading solid plastering and rendering company working across high-end residential, commercial, and heritage projects throughout South Australia.

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor / Leading Hand to oversee daily operations, coordinate a team of tradesmen, and ensure high-quality results on every job.

Your responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate multiple job sites

Lead APS team members and apprentices

Liaise with builders, site managers, and clients

Plan daily works, materials, and schedules

Ensure all works meet APS quality and safety standards

Upload daily progress through Tradify (training provided)

Maintain strong site communication and presentation

We’re looking for someone who:

Has 5+ years of solid plastering or rendering experience

Takes pride in leadership, organisation, and site management

Is confident communicating with builders and clients

Holds a White Card and valid driver’s licence

Is ready to step up and grow with the company
