About the role

We are seeking a part-time (Monday, Tuesday + on call) Warehouse Pick and Packer to join our team in Bankstown Aerodrome, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently picking and packing customer orders within our busy distribution warehouse. This is an important position that supports the overall operations of our busy E-Commerce business.

What you'll be doing

Picking customer orders from warehouse pick faces.

Collecting orders into courier cages for collection

Labelling and preparing packed orders for dispatch

Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Following all safety protocols and procedures

Collaborating with the wider warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally as a picker and packer

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately

Good physical fitness and stamina to handle repetitive warehouse tasks

Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to safety

Must be legally authorised to work in Australia
