About the role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable General Labourer – Insulation Installer to join our team at D&D Roof Vacuuming & Insulation Pty Ltd in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the installation of insulation in residential and commercial properties.

What you'll be doing

Safely loading, unloading, and transporting insulation materials to job sites

Preparing surfaces and installing insulation materials in attics, walls, and ceilings using appropriate tools and equipment

Measuring and cutting insulation materials to fit specific spaces

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Assisting with other general labouring duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in insulation installation or a similar construction role

Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work

Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation ( Must have a car or ute for transport as job sites are all around sydney)

Ability to complete tasks to set deadlines
