About the role

As a Nurse Practitioner at HerbaCure's Flexible Telehealth Clinic, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred healthcare services to our diverse client base. This contract position offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing you to provide telehealth consultations from the comfort of your own home or any other suitable location.

What you'll be doing

Conduct comprehensive health assessments and provide diagnosis and treatment for clients via secure video consultations

Prescribe and manage medications, order diagnostic tests, and provide referrals to specialists as needed

Develop and implement individualised care plans to address the unique needs of each client

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated care

Maintain detailed and accurate client records and documentation

Participate in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in healthcare

What we're looking for

Registered Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role

Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to make well-informed diagnoses and treatment decisions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and other healthcare providers

Proficient in the use of telehealth technologies and electronic medical record systems

Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care

Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic, remote-based environment

Experience in prescribing plant-based medications to patients.

Have a working understanding of TGA, NIIM and relevant regulatory bodies rules and regulations for prescribing Medicinal Cannabis.
