Hotel Allrounder | Stunning Location

Mandala Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Hotel Allrounder to join our friendly and professional team at one of our properties in Orange, NSW.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across multiple areas of hotel operations and be part of a welcoming work environment.

About the Role:
As a Hotel Allrounder, you will assist with a variety of tasks across the property, including:

Reception duties: check-in/check-out, handling guest enquiries, reservations, and phone/email correspondence

Maintaining guest accounts: accurately processing transactions, room charges, and payments

Food & Beverage: Restaurant, bar, and cafe support making drinks and providing exceptional dining experiences

Housekeeping support: ensuring rooms and common areas are clean and well-presented

General hotel operations: assisting other departments as required to ensure smooth daily operations

What You'll Bring:

Previous experience in hospitality front desk/reception

Experience in food & beverage - bar, cafe, restaurant

Strong communication, customer service, and numeracy skills

Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
