The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Officer to join one of Adelaide’s leading Land Developers. The Role

Reporting to the Development Manager and Project Director, you will work with an experienced development team and be involved from the initial planning stages through to delivery, sale, and settlement of lots. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Project administration, reporting and project cost control management
• Preparation of project briefs in accordance with the project feasibility
• Establishing project budgets and managing the financial performance of projects
• Assist in the preparation and lodgement of development approvals and other required authority approvals
• Attend Project Control Group meetings
• Assisting with the project completion phase and subsequent project handover
