To be successful you must have the following:

• Proven experience as a Civil or Earthworks Supervisor on large-scale civil projects
• Strong technical knowledge of bulk earthworks, material classification, and haulage logistics
• Confident managing multiple crews and heavy machinery on active sites
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on safety and team culture
• Relevant tickets, licences, and a solid understanding of QA systems

A well-established civil contractor with over 35 years of experience, delivering major infrastructure, urban development, and mining projects across Queensland and New South Wales.

You will be working on one of their major projects which is a large residential subdivision based in the Ipswich region, where since 2015 they’ve delivered multiple stages featuring over 4.2 million m³ of bulk earthworks, blasting, road and drainage construction, and major service infrastructure.
