They're now seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join their Birkenhead Point store. You'll support the Store Manager in inspiring your team, driving sales, and creating exceptional customer experiences in a high volume retail environment. What you'll do:

• Assist in leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Support sales performance and help achieve store KPIs in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Oversee daily operations, including rostering, stock management, and visual merchandising
• Analyse sales trends and implement strategies to maximise results
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
