Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical Surge Unit (Gosford Hospital)

About the Unit
K6 is a fast-paced inpatient unit established to meet growing demand for medical surgical beds. You’ll work within a close-knit, highly skilled team that prides itself on delivering exceptional care and maintaining strong communication across every shift. You will be well advanced in your clinical practice as this is a team that values confidence, capability and calm under pressure.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide safe, high-quality nursing care across a broad and varied caseload
Collaborate with a small, supportive team and exercise sound clinical judgment
Take the lead when required in-charge experience (or readiness to step into it) is highly regarded
Contribute directly to improving patient flow and access to care across the hospital
