Your new role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will participate in the completion of a Cert III in Process Manufacturing while gaining on-the-job training and experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and report hazards.
 - Assist in the daily operation of plant equipment (OLRP, shredder, baler, granulator).
 - Help with sorting, loading, and moving material safely and efficiently.
 - Loading and unloading trucks, skip bins, and trailers.
 - Maintain good housekeeping in all work areas.
 - Support quality control by identifying and removing contamination.
 - Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning tasks as directed.
 - Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
 - Participate in training and rotate through various departments to gain experience in site operations.
