We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aesthetics Trainer to join our prestigious team in Baulkham Hills Sydney. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality training sessions on various aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to injectables, dermal fillers, and other advanced techniques.

Provide hands-on training and supervision to students, ensuring they gain the necessary skills and knowledge to practice safely and effectively.

Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in the aesthetics industry to maintain cutting-edge training programs.

Work closely with the curriculum development team to enhance and update course materials as needed.

Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their certification.

Maintain a professional and welcoming training environment, ensuring all students receive an exceptional educational experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

Must be a qualified Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner with a current AHPRA registration.

Experience in aesthetics.

Proven experience in delivering training or mentoring in a clinical or educational setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.

Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in aesthetics.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
