About your new role

Are you an experienced Program Manager passionate about managing high-impact infrastructure programs? Our delivery team is growing, and we are looking for three experienced Program Managers to lead the successful delivery of major infrastructure programs across key portfolios:

Community Facilities & Open Space Delivery

Transport Delivery

Utility Network Delivery

Each role will coordinate and manage a capital works program, driving efficiency, consistency, and impact across our infrastructure portfolio. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Coordinate the development of the annual budget in collaboration with project managers, Infrastructure Program Management Office, Department Finance, and Asset Planning teams.

Identify and implement program-level efficiencies through project bundling and innovative delivery models.

Establish delivery panels and models to support long-term infrastructure planning.

Support governance and approvals processes across the program lifecycle.

Build strong relationships across business units, delivery teams, and service providers.

We're looking for people who have:

Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure programs.

Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and risk management skills.

A passion for driving outcomes, efficiency, and innovation.

Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and disciplines.

10 years’ experience in project and/or program management, ideally in infrastructure or public works.

Bachelor of Business Management or Business Administration or equivalent, with qualifications in project or program management and / or equivalent experience.

C Class Driver’s Licence.
