We’re looking for passionate and proactive Remedial Massage Therapists to join our friendly and high-performing team at The Movement Clinic Sydney.
We currently have part-time opportunities (10–15 hours per week) available at both our Castle Hill and Marsden Park clinics.

The Movement Clinic Sydney (TMCS) is a fast-growing physiotherapy and rehabilitation practice with locations in Castle Hill and Marsden Park.
We’re a multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Support Staff — all working together to deliver exceptional patient care and long-term health outcomes.

Our focus is simple: help people move better and live better through evidence-based care, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

At our Castle Hill clinic, we’re located inside Fitness First Castle Towers, right at the gym entrance — giving you access to thousands of active members looking for recovery and performance support.

Our Marsden Park clinic is a purpose-built, modern facility in Elara Shopping Village, surrounded by a vibrant, growing community and a network of medical professionals including GPs, Radiology, and Allied Health partners.

Across both sites, we’ve built a reputation for quality, connection, and care — and we’re now ready to expand our massage team.

The Role

As a Remedial Massage Therapist at TMCS, you’ll:

Provide high-quality remedial and soft-tissue therapy to a diverse client base

Work closely with Physiotherapists and other allied health professionals

Support patient recovery and rehabilitation programs

Build and maintain your own regular client base

Engage with gym members, local community, and sports clubs to promote services

Take initiative to contribute to clinic growth and team success

What We’re Looking For

Diploma (or higher qualification) in Remedial Massage

Ideally 2+ years’ experience in a clinic or private practice setting

Excellent manual skills and anatomical knowledge

Professional, reliable, and motivated attitude

Great communication and interpersonal skills

Confident working both independently and as part of a team

Current association membership, insurance (PI & PL), ABN, and health fund registration
