Professional Growth, Supervision & Support

Monthly individual supervision and monthly group supervision for all psychologists

Full supervision for early-career clinicians, including board-approved clinical supervision for registrars

Dedicated support to train or advance skills in EMDR and Schema Therapy

Regular in-house CPD sessions and guest workshops, plus a generous annual CPD budget ($1000)

Open-door consultation with peers, the Clinical Lead, and Director — because support shouldn’t only happen once a month
