LF Facility Group is a growing Melbourne-based, heart-led cleaning and facility services business dedicated to exceptional care, great communication, strong team support and making a positive impact in the community. We are currently taking expressions of interest to join our small, close-knit team!

What We Offer:

Hours: 15–20 hours per week (with the potential to grow)

Locations: Primarily in Melbourne’s Southern Suburbs (e.g. Windsor, Prahran, Cremorne, CBD) — with flexibility required to work in the North as needed (e.g. Essendon)

Schedule: Monday to Sunday, between 6:00 am – 6:00 pm (no night shifts!)

Benefits: Travel reimbursement between sites

All cleaning equipment provided

Supportive and inclusive team environment

About You:

Available during the day on Mondays through to Sunday - some 6am starts a possibility

Have a strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering high standards

Hold a current Australian driver’s license and own a reliable car (essential for travel sites with equipment)

Legally able to work in Australia

Able to work independently, be self-motivated and enjoy being part of a caring and supportive team

Police check (or willing to obtain one)

Previous cleaning experiance preferred but by no means essential
