What You’ll Do

• Prospect and build relationships with buyers and vendors
• Attend open homes, auctions, and vendor meetings
• Prepare vendor reports, marketing materials, and presentations
• Assist in negotiations, offers, and the full sales process from listing to settlement
• Support the lead agent in delivering world-class campaigns and results

About You

• Previous experience as a Sales Associate or in Leasing (Certificate or Licence required)
• Polished, professional communicator with exceptional people skills
• Motivated, driven, and career-focused with a hunger to succeed
• Confident, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Ambitious to grow into a lead agent role and build your own profile
