Full-Time Educator / Early Childhood Teacher
12-Month Contract | 40 Hours per Week

Forbes Children’s Centre is seeking passionate and motivated early childhood professionals to join our dedicated team.
We currently have two exciting opportunities available:

Early Childhood Educator in our birth to two years space (Baby Room)

Early Childhood Teacher in our 3.5–5 years space (Kindy Room)

Both positions are full-time, 12-month contracts working 40 hours per week.

About the Role

You will join a nurturing team that provides high-quality care and education for young children in a collaborative and supportive environment.
You must be available to work shifts between 6:45am and 6:15pm, within our operational hours.

About You

We’re looking for educators who are:

Passionate and motivated about early childhood education

Strong communicators, both written and verbal

Organised, with effective time management skills

Confident in their judgment and decision-making

Collaborative and thrive in a team environment

Knowledgeable about primary caregiving and attachment theory

Familiar with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Experienced or interested in Circle of Security and Marte Meo approaches (desirable)

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

Current Working with Children Check

Current Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RRHAN-EC) training

Experience working in early childhood education (experience with the relevant age group highly regarded)
