The Position

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who’s excited about joining a growing private practice. You’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our services. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work closely with our founders, Amie and Warrick.

Your role will involve:

Providing high-quality, client-centered occupational therapy services.

Managing a diverse client list including NDIS, CTP, SAH and other streams, handpicked to support your professional growth and interests.

Collaborating with Amie, a highly experienced and accomplished OT, to refine clinical processes and develop best practices.

Engaging in ongoing mentorship and supervision to enhance your skills and confidence.

Leveraging technology to “break up with admin” allowing you to focus on client care.

We welcome applications from OTs with a range of experience in any specialty area, particularly those looking to transition into private practice or seeking greater work-life balance and meaning.

Warrick, a cardiac arrest survivor and highly regarded former business coach and mentor, brings a fresh perspective to support both team members and clients.
