About the Role

As a Service Technician, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping our customers safe, comfortable and mobile. You’ll inspect, maintain, and repair a wide range of mobility and assistive-living equipment, from wheelchairs and scooters to lift chairs, hospital beds and more. This is a role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with their hands, and delivering high-quality workmanship with a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct inspections, testing and servicing of mobility and healthcare equipment.

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in line with manufacturer guidelines.

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults quickly and safely.

Calibrate, adjust and verify equipment performance for accuracy and reliability.

Maintain clear records of all maintenance, repairs and parts used.

Support parts and inventory management, including stock control and ordering.

Uphold strict safety standards, using appropriate PPE and safe-work practices.

Liaise professionally with customers, drivers and the service team to deliver timely solutions.

Participate in training, toolbox meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
