Action Workforce is seeking experienced MHE Operators to join a large and well-known distribution centre in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, VIC.

We are looking for reliable, safety-focused, and motivated candidates who are licensed and confident with both LO (Order Picker) and High Reach forklifts. Candidates must also be open to performing general warehouse duties on the floor when required.

Key Requirements
-Current LO licence and/or High Reach forklift licence
-Proven experience operating LO and/or High Reach in a warehouse environment
-Flexibility to assist with general pick packing and warehouse tasks
-RF scanning and pallet stacking experience
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Ability to lift up to 20kg if required
-Commitment to safety and site procedures
-Full weekday availability (Monday to Friday)
