What We Offer

• Shift times: 5:00am and 10:00am starts
• Hourly rate: $34 - $37 per hour
• Location: Derrimut & Truganina
• Casual positions: Approx. 20-30 hours per week, working 4-5 days across a 7-day roster

About the Role

As a Pick Packer, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and packing products using a voice-picking system and tugger equipment. The role involves repetitive manual lifting and working in a dynamic environment where teamwork and attention to detail are key.

Your duties will include:

• Accurately pick and pack products using voice-picking technology
• Safely operate a tugger to move stock throughout the warehouse
• Assemble, wrap, and label pallets ready for dispatch
• Assist with general warehouse tasks and keep work areas clean and organised
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance with OHS procedures at all times

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring a positive attitude, flexibility, and a strong work ethic. We are seeking individuals who can adapt to changing roster requirements and work effectively in a busy environment.

You will have:

• Demonstrated experience in voice picking or a similar warehouse environment
• Capability to perform repetitive manual handling, lifting, and packing tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work on a casual basis, including weekends as rostered
• Good understanding of OHS requirements and safe work practices
• Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Forklift experience is highly desirable but not essential
