Join one of Australia's leading manufacturers of fencing and screening solutions! We're looking for a skilled Production Worker with previous experience in fabrication, carpentry, or construction, who takes pride in quality work and thrives in a structured, professional team.

Candidates with any combination of fabrication, carpentry, or construction backgrounds and any age will be considered for this position.

What You'll Do:

Measure, cut, and assemble custom metal products

Read and interpret shop drawings accurately

Operate hand tools and machinery safely

Maintain high-quality standards and a clean workspace

Work as part of a collaborative, respectful team

What You'll Need:

3+ years of trade or fabrication experience

Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Solid basic math skills (measuring, counting, calculating)

Confident in reading, writing, and speaking English

Intermediate skills with hand tools & maintenance

Strong attention to detail and a good attitude

Proven ability to work efficiently while meeting deadlines

Physically fit to manage the manual handling aspects of the role

Valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visa
