About the role

Pinnacles Meat Co is seeking a Qualified Butcher to join our friendly team in Jurien Bay, WA. As a full-time Qualified Butcher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality meat products to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

Working with State of the Art packing machine (Proseal) using both Map and Skin options .

Cutting, preparing and packaging a range of fresh meat products to meet customer demands

Maintaining a clean, well-organised and safe work environment

Adhering to all food safety and quality standards

Assisting with inventory management and stock control and profitability

What we're looking for

Experienced Qualified Butcher

Demonstrated expertise in meat preparation, including cutting, trimming and packaging

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality standards

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment

Good communication and interpersonal skills
