About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, qualified Electrician to join our team full-time at Mawson Lakes, SA. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional service, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Diagnose & resolve faults; install/maintain lighting, power, safety devices

Switchboard tidy-ups & upgrades; testing & compliance records

(Nice) CCTV/intercom basics; AC isolator/EV charger circuits

Mentor apprentices; keep sites clean, safe, and on-schedule

Log jobs, time, and materials accurately in ServiceM8

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

First-time quality; on-time/on-budget delivery

Complete testing/photos/notes in ServiceM8

Customer satisfaction 8/10+

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Electrician, fully licensed to work in South Australia

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the electrical trades and services industry

Strong technical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and solve problems efficiently

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A strong commitment to customer service, quality workmanship, and workplace safety

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team

Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and tools

Full driver's licence and a clean criminal record
