Membership Consultant – Powerhouse Gym Southside

About the Role

Are you passionate about fitness, love connecting with people, and get a buzz from smashing goals?

We’re looking for a Membership Consultant to join the team at Powerhouse Gym Southside — one of Daisy Hill’s most established and energetic fitness communities!

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the membership journey — from generating leads to welcoming new members and helping them kick-start their fitness journey. You’ll work closely with the business owners, bring creative ideas to the table, and help shape the way our gym grows and connects with the local community.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering next-level customer service with personalised membership solutions

Running engaging tours and sales presentations that showcase our awesome facilities

Hitting (and smashing!) your sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up

Managing leads, follow-ups, and member data in our CRM system

Finding creative ways to generate new leads and connect with the community

Collaborating with the owners to roll out exciting marketing campaigns

Sharing fresh ideas and feedback to make our member experience even better

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who’s driven, energetic, and people-focused — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment and isn’t afraid to think outside the box.

You’ll bring:

Solid understanding of gym marketing and member engagement strategies

Strong communication and negotiation skills with a genuine passion for helping people

CRM and Microsoft Office know-how (bonus points for sales experience!)

A positive, can-do attitude and a love for fitness and healthy living
