About the role

Southern Refrigerated Transport is looking for a Tyre Fitter Heavy Vehicle to join our team in Strathmerton, Victoria. This is a full-time position, and you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of heavy vehicle tyres to ensure the safe operation of our fleet.

What you'll be doing

Inspect, repair and replace tyres on heavy vehicles such as trucks and trailers

Diagnose and identify tyre-related issues

Maintain accurate records of tyre maintenance and repairs

Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety standards

Collaborate with the wider maintenance team to optimise fleet performance

What we're looking for

Relevant experience as a Tyre Fitter for heavy vehicles

Strong knowledge of tyre maintenance and repair procedures

Ability to use tyre-specific tools and equipment safely and effectively

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Commitment to workplace health and safety

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
