We're looking for Front of House Staff to join our exceptional team at Osteria La Vallata Restaurant. We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences.

Position Details

Type: Casual - Full Time Position available to the right candidate

Main Shifts: Thursday to Sunday (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Additional Hours: Available for functions and special events

Flexibility: Occasional weekday shifts for conferences or events (rosters provided with ample notice)

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a waitperson (desirable)

Experience operating a bar till/POS system (highly regarded)

Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate

Strong communication and social skills with a friendly, professional demeanor

Ability to think on your feet and go above and beyond for guests

Composed, organized, and customer-focused under pressure

Barista experience is a plus (training provided)

Prior hospitality or customer service experience essential (training provided to further develop your skills)
