Sunshine Coast Rendering is a reputable and fast-growing company specialising in residential rendering and solid plastering. With a strong reputation for quality workmanship and reliability across South-East Queensland, we continue to expand our team and are now looking for an experienced and motivated Renderer / Solid Plasterer to join our crew.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll:

Carry out rendering and solid plastering work across a variety of residential projects.

Work both independently and as part of a small, skilled team.

Communicate effectively with clients, builders, and contractors on-site.

Maintain a safe, tidy, and professional work environment.

About You

You’ll be an experienced tradesperson with a strong work ethic and eye for detail. You’re also reliable, well-presented, and take pride in your craft.

You’ll need:

Minimum 5 years of rendering or solid plastering experience.

Full Australian driver’s licence.

Construction White/Blue Card.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Professional attitude and commitment to safety and quality.

What We Offer

Full-time, secure employment with weekly pay.

Attractive total package:

Cash Salary: $60,940 – $70,986

Superannuation: $6,021 – $7,014

Motor Vehicle Allowance: $22,000

Total Package: $88,961 – $100,000

4 weeks annual leave + 2 weeks personal/carer’s leave.

Paid public holidays.

We recognise that everyone’s situation is different. This same role can also be offered on a casual or ABN basis at:
$49.11 + 12% Superannuation – $55.27 + 12% Superannuation
