About the Opportunity

Montier Health is expanding our network of modern, patient-centred medical centres across Australia. We are now seeking Vocationally Registered (VR) General Practitioners to join two new Medical Centres in Townsville, both located within premium shopping centre precincts.

This is a salaried position offering long-term stability, strong professional support, and the opportunity to develop advanced clinical and leadership skills within a progressive, multi-brand healthcare organisation.

What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality, evidence-based general practice services in a modern, team-oriented clinical environment.

Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to International Medical Graduate (IMG) General Practitioners.

Participate in ongoing education and training programs delivered through Montier Health’s partnered education providers.

Expand your clinical scope by gaining additional expertise in:

Bowel Diagnostics & Therapy, and

Elysian Women’s Health programs.

What We Offer

Attractive salary of $275,000 to 325,000 per annum + 12% superannuation. Total compensation package of $308,000 to $364,000 per annum depending on the candidate's experience, responsibilities and service offerings.

About You

You are a motivated, patient-focused GP with a passion for clinical leadership and professional growth. You will have:

Current AHPRA registration with VR status (FRACGP or FACRRM).

Interest in clinical supervision and mentorship.

Commitment to ongoing education and specialised practice development.
