AVM Group are seeking a team of experienced Underground Specialist Heavy Diesel Mechanics and Fitters for our Principle Miners and Tier 1 Mining Contractors. We drive innovation by contributing continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities / Duties

Scheduled maintenance on a large fleet of Underground Mining Equipment including Loaders, Sandvik Drills, Atlas Drills, Epiroc Trucks & Normet equipment

Running diagnostics and testing specialist diesel machinery & equipment

Field service and Underground workshop maintenance

Ensure all machinery meets the highest standards of safety and performance

Skills / Requirements

Australian Recognised Trade Certificate - Mobile Plant Technology or Equivalent

Legal Working rights in Australia

Must be able to pass Pre-Employment Medical & Drug and Alcohol Screening

Minimum 2 years experience in Mining Maintenance

Valid WA Drivers license C class minimum

Strong knowledge of Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electrical systems
