About the role

Can you work independently, diagnose complex faults, and carry out major repairs on earthmoving equipment with minimal assistance? If YES... Liebherr Earthmoving Division wants YOU!

We are seeking a motivated and skilled technician to join our team. Based at our Yatala workshop, this role also includes field service work across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and occasionally in regional areas. Part of these roles require works at Waste Management facilities involving unclean sites.

As part of a small, supportive team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of Liebherr equipment, including wheel loaders, material handlers, and excavators, for our growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Must Have: Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical diagnosis on Earthmoving Equipment

Major and minor services on Earthmoving Equipment

Maintenance and component replacements

Fabrication and new machine build as required

Complete Service Reports

Expand and maintain customer relationships in the field

Working at Waste Facilities

Dealing directly with Key Customers

About you

Extensive industry experience on Earthmoving Equipment is a MUST

Trade qualified as Diesel / Mobile Plant Mechanic

Flexibility to travel to customer sites and work over-time as required

Ability to fault find

A current driver’s license

Forklift, W, T, R and Air conditioning ticket advantageous

Basic Word and Excel abilities

Commitment to maintain, and adhere to safety guidelines in the workplace
